1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the website clubnotif.com (and rednotif.com, which redirects to it) and the submission of applications to join Club Not If ("the Club"). By using the website you accept these terms.
2. What the Club is
Club Not If is a private business networking club. It is not an academy and does not sell courses, training or investment products. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice, nor a promise of income or results.
3. Applications and admission
- Entry is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
- The Club reviews each application at its discretion, based on attitude, activity and track record, not on job title or income, and may accept or decline it without further justification beyond informing the applicant.
- You must be of legal age (18+) and provide truthful information.
- Entry is currently free of charge. If this ever changes, the conditions will be communicated clearly in advance and will never apply retroactively without your acceptance.
4. Members' conduct
- Members must act honestly and respectfully towards other members.
- Spam, unsolicited mass selling, fraud or misuse of other members' contact details are not allowed.
- The Club may remove anyone who breaches these rules or the spirit of the Club.
5. Business between members
Any deal, partnership or transaction between members is entered into exclusively between them, under their own responsibility. The Club is not a party to those agreements and is not liable for them.
6. Intellectual property
The name "Club Not If", the slogan "Not if. When.", the logo, texts and design of this website are owned by their holder. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or from links to third-party sites.
8. Personal data
The data you send in your application is processed as described in our Privacy policy. See also our Cookie policy.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the current version will always be published here. The applicable law and competent courts will be specified once the operator's details are published; until then, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply.

1. Objeto
Estos términos regulan el acceso y uso de la web clubnotif.com (y rednotif.com, que redirige a ella) y el envío de solicitudes de entrada a Club Not If («el Club»). Al usar la web aceptas estos términos.
2. Qué es el Club
Club Not If es un club privado de networking de negocios. No es una academia y no vende cursos, formación ni productos de inversión. Nada de lo publicado en esta web constituye asesoramiento financiero, legal, fiscal o de inversión, ni promesa de ingresos o resultados.
3. Solicitudes y admisión
- La entrada es solo por solicitud. Enviar una solicitud no garantiza la admisión.
- El Club revisa cada solicitud a su criterio, en función de la actitud, la actividad y la trayectoria, no del cargo ni de los ingresos, y puede aceptarla o rechazarla sin más justificación que comunicarlo al solicitante.
- Debes ser mayor de edad (18+) y facilitar información veraz.
- Actualmente la entrada es gratuita. Si esto cambiara, las condiciones se comunicarían con claridad y antelación, y nunca se aplicarían de forma retroactiva sin tu aceptación.
4. Conducta de los miembros
- Los miembros deben actuar con honestidad y respeto hacia los demás miembros.
- No se permite el spam, la venta masiva no solicitada, el fraude ni el mal uso de los datos de contacto de otros miembros.
- El Club puede dar de baja a quien incumpla estas normas o el espíritu del Club.
5. Negocios entre miembros
Cualquier acuerdo, sociedad u operación entre miembros se realiza exclusivamente entre ellos y bajo su responsabilidad. El Club no es parte de esos acuerdos ni responde de ellos.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El nombre «Club Not If», el lema «Not if. When.», el logotipo, los textos y el diseño de esta web pertenecen a su titular. No pueden reproducirse ni usarse con fines comerciales sin autorización.
7. Responsabilidad
Hacemos lo posible por mantener la web correcta y disponible, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores o interrupciones. En la medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos de daños derivados del uso de la web ni de enlaces a sitios de terceros.

9. Cambios y legislación aplicable
Podemos actualizar estos términos; la versión vigente estará siempre publicada aquí. La legislación aplicable y los tribunales competentes se indicarán cuando se publiquen los datos del titular; hasta entonces, se aplican las normas imperativas de protección de consumidores de tu país de residencia.
