Privacy policy
Provisional version. Club Not If is currently in its launch phase and is not yet operated through a registered company. 1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process
Only what you send us in your application by email or WhatsApp: name, email, phone (optional), city, your activity, what you are building, what you bring and what you seek, and LinkedIn/website (optional). This website itself does not store your data or use tracking.
3. Why and on what basis
To review your application, reply to you and, if you are admitted, manage your membership and connect you with other members. Legal basis: your consent and the steps you request before joining (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
4. How long
While your application is being reviewed and, if admitted, while you are a member. If you are not admitted, we delete your data within 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only use the email and messaging providers needed to communicate with you. We will not share your contact details with other members without your permission.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to when@clubnotif.com. You may also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

2. Qué datos tratamos
Solo los que nos envías en tu solicitud por email o WhatsApp: nombre, email, teléfono (opcional), ciudad, tu actividad, qué construyes, qué aportas y qué buscas, y LinkedIn/web (opcional). Esta web en sí no guarda tus datos ni usa rastreo.
3. Para qué y con qué base
Para revisar tu solicitud, responderte y, si entras, gestionar tu membresía y conectarte con otros miembros. Base legal: tu consentimiento y las medidas precontractuales que solicitas (art. 6.1.a y 6.1.b RGPD).
4. Cuánto tiempo
Mientras se revisa tu solicitud y, si entras, mientras seas miembro. Si no eres admitido, borramos tus datos en un plazo máximo de 12 meses, salvo que nos pidas antes su supresión.
5. Con quién los compartimos
No vendemos tus datos. Solo usamos los proveedores de email y mensajería necesarios para comunicarnos contigo. No compartiremos tus datos de contacto con otros miembros sin tu permiso.
6. Tus derechos
Puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad, y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento escribiendo a when@clubnotif.com. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) o tu autoridad de control.
